How HelloOlivia Works
HelloOlivia is built for students who need structured, live IELTS coaching—not another pile of unmarked practice tests. The path below is the same whether you are aiming for Academic university entry, General Training for work or migration, or a bilingual plan with a parent involved in scheduling.
Your Path From First Click to Live Coaching
- Choose language. Browse in English or Simplified Chinese so instructions and onboarding match your household.
- Review plans. Compare packages on the pricing page against your test date and starting level.
- Create your account. Complete getting-started intake so we understand your target band, module (Academic or GT), and weak skills.
- Select preferred session times. Share availability that fits school, work, or time zones across the US and China.
- Teacher assignment. A teacher accepts custody of your plan, or an admin assigns you based on fit and capacity.
- Start live classroom coaching. Work 1:1 on Speaking, Writing, and the receptive skills with homework that feeds the next session.
What Happens in Coaching
Sessions focus on band-relevant behaviors: fluency under the clock, task response in Writing, prediction and paraphrase in Listening and Reading, and correction loops that remove the same error patterns week after week. You leave with concrete drills—not generic encouragement.
If Timing Is Tight
