Eligible students may qualify for our Score Progress Guarantee, subject to program requirements and written terms. This page explains the idea in plain language; it does not replace the controlling legal documents.

What “Progress” Means Here

IELTS improvement depends on starting level, attendance, homework completion, time to test, and official scoring. Our guarantee framework is designed to reward serious participation—not to promise every learner a specific final band regardless of effort or timeline.

How to Discuss Eligibility

During consultation and onboarding, ask which package tiers include guarantee eligibility and what evidence you must submit after an official test. Bring your target scores and timeline so we can be honest about fit.

Serious prep brands earn trust by stating limits. Attendance, homework, starting level, and official verification rules exist because IELTS outcomes are not vending-machine results. If a package does not include guarantee eligibility, we will say so. If your timeline is shorter than the work required, we will say that too.
