These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of HelloOlivia websites, consultation forms, student accounts, and related coaching services operated from Ocala, Florida. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Services
HelloOlivia provides independent IELTS preparation coaching and educational information. We do not administer official IELTS tests and are not affiliated with the IELTS Partners, British Council, IDP, or Cambridge. Official test registration, scoring, and policies are controlled by those organizations and local centers.
Accounts, Scheduling, and Conduct
You agree to provide accurate onboarding information, attend scheduled sessions or cancel within stated windows, complete assigned practice in good faith, and communicate respectfully with teachers and staff. We may pause or terminate services for abuse, nonpayment, or material breach.
Payments, Guarantees, and Disclaimers
Fees are described at purchase and on the pricing page. Any Score Progress Guarantee is available only where expressly offered for a package and only if written eligibility conditions are met; see the guarantee page and Refund Policy. Educational outcomes vary. We do not warrant admission to any school or approval of any visa or immigration filing.
Affiliate Links
Some pages include affiliate links (including Homeschool Complete). Commissions do not change your price; they help support content. Affiliate products are separate from IELTS coaching contracts.

Intellectual Property and Site Content
Site copy, branding, and coaching materials are owned by HelloOlivia or licensed to us. You may not republish course materials or scrape site content for competing services. Affiliate creatives in the banner kit may be used only under the stated promotion rules.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloOlivia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from test outcomes, admissions decisions, or third-party platform outages. Coaching is an educational service; official scores are issued solely by IELTS administrators.
