Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how HelloOlivia handles cancellations, unused sessions, and any guarantee-related remedies. It works together with our Terms of Service. If you purchased a package, your checkout confirmation and any signed agreement may include package-specific rules that control.
General Approach
- Digital access and completed live sessions are generally non-refundable once delivered.
- Unused prepaid sessions may be handled according to the package terms stated at purchase (transfer, expiry, or partial credit where offered).
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution; email us promptly with your order details.
Score Progress Guarantee Remedies
Where a package includes Score Progress Guarantee eligibility, any refund or remedy is available only if you meet every written condition (attendance, homework, timing, score verification, and exclusions). Marketing summaries do not expand those conditions. See Score Progress Guarantee.
How to Request a Review
Email olivia@helloolivia.xyz with your full name, order or account reference, and a clear request. We will respond with the applicable path under your package terms.
HelloOlivia is an independent IELTS preparation provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the IELTS Partners, the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge.
Communication Tips That Speed Resolutions
Include purchase date, package name, sessions completed, and the outcome you are requesting (credit, reschedule path, or guarantee review). Clear requests help us apply the correct policy clause faster. Soft skills matter in operations as much as in Speaking class.
If your purchase included a free consultation conversion into a paid package, ask which date the package terms began—session banks and guarantee clocks may reference that date. Keep confirmation emails; they are part of your record alongside this policy page.
Florida-based operations mean some remedies and timelines may reference the governing Terms and applicable law stated there. International students should still read the same policy pages; coaching delivery online does not erase the written contract framework.
