What We Look For
- Demonstrated IELTS teaching experience (Academic and/or General Training).
- Ability to give specific feedback on Speaking and Writing with actionable next drills.
- Comfort with online classroom tools and reliable scheduling across time zones.
- Optional but valued: Simplified Chinese support for parent updates and concept bridging.
How Engagement Works
Teachers work within our custody and assignment model described on How It Works. Students arrive with triage data; you continue the practice check and own the weekly plan. Quality and professionalism protect both learners and the brand.
